Brief Description

Bright Sparks has an opportunity for an Early Years Apprentice in their Ofsted Outstanding setting, based in the welcoming Claremont House, a spacious Victorian mansion within St Mary’s School. It offers a warm, creative environment where children can learn and thrive and is a great opportunity to join a passionate and energetic Early Years team.

Qualifications Required

GSSE at grade 4 and below in Maths and English is desired but no essential.

Training to be Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:
• Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Functional skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.

Future Prospects

To progress onto a higher level of Early Years qualification and or gain fulltime employment.
