with a guaranteed self-employed Associate Partner role

Vacancy Detail
This is a work-based apprenticeship, so you’ll work from the Sapphire Financial Planning office located in Whiteley, Fareham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to study a fully-funded Financial
Adviser Apprenticeship in partnership with Skillcert.
You will gain hands-on experience whilst studying for your level 4 apprenticeship, and you will also gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you will do at work:
- Work side-by-side with the Director, supporting the existing client bank.
- Study for and sit the regulatory RO examinations – so from R01–R06 as directed by Skill Cert.
- Engage fully with Skill Cert training, assessments and reviews.
- Attend client meetings, seminars and marketing events.
- Learn and apply the SJP advice model, systems and compliance framework.
- Attend the SJP Academy training programme (Months 12–18).
- Maintain accurate records in line with FCA regulatory requirements.

You must of lived in England for the last 3 years, not to be on any other funded training course/uni course and to have the right to live and work in the UK.
