Brief Description
Bear Estate Agents, Southend on Sea, need a Customer Service Apprentice to assist in ensuring tasks required throughout the company are completed efficiently. The successful applicant will be acting as a point of contact for all incoming and outgoing customer enquiries. They will also be working across all teams within the business.
Training to be Provided
- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- The apprenticeship programme duration is 13 months
- Functional Skills in maths, English and ICT (if required)
- You will be based in the employer’s office, so you will gain 13 months of office-based training
Future Prospects
- Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, a full-time position will be available for the right candidate

Responsibilities are to include, but not be limited to:
- Editing photos using Lightroom and Photoshop
- Drawing floor plans
- Writing property descriptions
- Checking and arranging EPCs
- Keeping the window displays up-to-date
- Greeting clients in the office
- Answering the phones and dealing with enquiries
- Possibly viewing and valuation booking on time
