We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Office Administrator Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently finished school or college and is at the beginning of their career journey.

Vacancy Detail
You’ll become an important part of our busy sales office, supporting customers and the sales team with administration, customer communication, and order coordination.
You’ll work closely with experienced team members, many of whom have completed apprenticeships themselves, who will support and train you throughout your apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders received via phone and email
- Supporting customers with enquiries and order updates
- Maintaining accurate customer and CRM records
- Creating sales and stock reports
- Monitoring stock levels and liaising with warehouse teams
- Creating customer design boards for sales enquiries and presentations
- Supporting the sales team with administration and customer account setup
