Brief Description
Taunton Town Council has an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for someone with a keen interest in pursuing a career in maintenance. You’ll work alongside experienced maintenance staff to learn essential skills and contribute to the upkeep of facilities and public spaces, whilst undertaking a Level 2 apprenticeship (2 year duration).

Vacancy Detail
Responsibilities include:
- Maintenance Tasks: Perform preventative and routine maintenance on Town Council owned buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas. Gardening and Landscaping: Assist with gardening, grass cutting, and maintaining flower beds.
- Building Repairs: Help repair and maintain various Town Council owned structures.
- Litter Collection: Keep parks and open spaces clean by collecting litter.
- Cleaning and Graffiti Removal: Maintain cleanliness and address graffiti as needed.
- Additional Duties: Be open to additional responsibilities as the role develops.
