Brief Description
As an apprentice, you will be exposed to all areas of the practice and will gain experience in accounts preparation, mixed tax work, payroll and company secretarial work.
Training to be Provided
Assistant Accountant Level 3.
- St Helens office - Free office car park
- Full-time 35 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

- The preparation of financial statements from incomplete records/accounting software up to review stage, including draft
- Corporation tax calculations
- Assisting with management accounts preparation
- Assisting with preparation of Personal tax returns
- Being involved in all aspects of the practice
Other Information
- Car owner essential
- Experience in compilation of sole trader and Limited company accounts to TB/review stage. Knowledge of Sage software and cloud-based software (QuickBooks etc.) would be an advantage. 1-2 years practice experience would be ideal
