Brief Description
We are looking for a motivated and organised Apprentice Administrator to join our FA1 Learn Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administration within an educational setting.
Training to be Provided
Business Administrator L3 Standard
This qualification requires college attendance once per month.
Future Prospects
While we aim to support apprentices in progressing within the organisation, any opportunity for a permanent role at the end of the apprenticeship will be subject to business needs.
Vacancy Detail
Main duties & specific responsibilities:
- Support the central team by providing day‑to‑day administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails and MS Teams messages, ensuring queries are dealt with or escalated promptly
- Assist with Trust communications, such as updating website content, preparing documents, and supporting internal updates and communications
- Support the coordination of meetings and events, including sending invites, preparing agendas and papers, arranging logistics, and taking clear minutes
- Maintain accurate records and data, following Trust processes and data protection requirements
- Support projects by gathering information, updating logs, and coordinating contributions from colleagues
- Assist with partnership and professional learning activities across the Trust, working collaboratively as part of the central #OneTeam, supporting colleagues and contributing to a high‑quality service
- Engage fully with apprenticeship training, applying new skills and completing required learning activities.

Other Information
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering outstanding administrative support, handling queries from all stakeholders within and beyond the Trust, ensuring a timely and professional response. This exciting role requires someone with an interest in communications and with a passion for maintaining and strengthening relationships and partnerships.
It is essential to have good organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, with excellent creativity and attention to detail and exacting high standards. You must have a strong command of the English language and be able to communicate confidently in spoken and written form.
You will be a strong team player and communicator in order to contribute to our #OneTeam, with the ability to work independently with initiative, seeking advice and support when needed.
