Working Week: Monday - Thursday: 8:45am to 5:00pm. Friday 8:45am to 4:30pm. 45-minute lunch break.
Brief Description
As part of the Internal Sales Team, you will work alongside field-based Account Managers and the Internal Team to deliver your objectives.
You will build and maintain relationships with internal colleagues, manufacturers, partners and customers.
Training to be Provided
Business Administrator Level 3.
Future Prospects
It is expected that the successful applicant will continue their employment after the apprenticeship. We are building a team for the long-term.
Vacancy Detail
- Manage enquiries and make commercial proposals to meet the customer requirements
- Manage a range of process type enquiries and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions to the customers' requirements
- Follow up selected quotations in conjunction with the Field Sales Engineers
- Process sales orders
- Liaise with all departments in the company, agents, suppliers and customers
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and work within company policies, practices, systems, procedures
- Deal with customer requests
