Brief Description
Spring Nursery RAF Waddington are looking for a new Nursery Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Early Years Educator apprenticeship Level 3.

Vacancy Detail
Responsibilities:
- To maintain accurate and up to date records and observations that fulfil Ofsted requirements and support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- To plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children within the setting and afterschool club, supporting physical play, creativity, communication, and social development
- To provide a safe, stimulating, and well-resourced environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore, and develop independence through play-based learning opportunities
- To support children’s individual learning journeys, recognising developmental milestones and adapting activities to meet the needs and interests of all children
- To ensure the safeguarding, health, safety, and wellbeing of all children and staff within the setting, following safeguarding policies, procedures, and Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB) guidelines at all times
- To build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers, sharing information regularly to support children in reaching their full potential
- To work effectively as part of the nursery team, contributing to daily routines, maintaining high standards of care, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment for children and families
