Brief Description

AESSEAL are searching for a motivated person to join the Development and Automation Team. The role is designed to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to support the identification, design, implementation and improvement of AI and automation solutions to enhance productivity, accuracy and efficiency across the organisation.

Training to be Provided

During this apprenticeship, you will follow a fully supported training programme with LearnTech, delivered through combined weekly remote classroom-based training, workplace assessment/training and online learning working towards completing the Level 4 AI Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship.


The training covers the following core occupational duties:



  • Artificial intelligence (AI) and automation practitioner / Skills England

Future Prospects


  • Subject to successful completion of the apprenticeship and business requirements, the role may progress into an AI and RPA Developer or similar automation-focused position within AESSEAL

Other Information

Must be within a 1 hour commute via public transport/car.


A Levels (or equivalent) are desirable, particularly in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical disciplines.


It is a requirement to have five GCSE 9-4 grades or equivalent (including English and Maths) to apply for this type of apprenticeship. If you do not have these grades but have completed numeracy and literacy Key Skills/Functional Skills at level two you may also apply for these apprenticeships.
