Brief Description
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
Training to be Provided
You will work 4 days with the employer and attend our Luckyn Lane Campus in Basildon 1 day per week.
Future Prospects
Possible full-time employment on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Vacancy Detail
- Participating in learning opportunities both internally and externally
- Shadowing, helping and learning from other members of the Service and Rework Department team to carry out investigations of failed motors returned from the production lines including fault finding and root cause analysis as well of repairs warranty returns from the end customer
- Participation in production problem solving and continuous improvement events
- Assisting with prototyping projects for new product lines
