Brief Description
Love Dogs? This is the perfect apprenticeship for someone who loves to work with dogs. We will support you in looking after much loved members of peoples family and dealing with customers.
Training to be Provided
- Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2
- 20% off-the-job training
- End point assessment
- Maths and English functional skills if required
- Dedicated skills coach who will attend the site to asses the apprentice.
Future Prospects
A full-time position is available upon successful completion of apprenticeship and probationary period.
Vacancy Detail
- Meet and greet customers
- Deal with customer enquiries
- Answer phones
- Sign dogs in and out
- Care for and supervise dogs throughout the day
- Play with dogs
- Keep play areas clean and tidy
- Assist with the deep cleaning of the unit twice per week
- Shadow vet once per week to learn new skills
- Feed dogs
- Administer light medications (fully supervised)
