Brief Description
Staff Call UK is looking for a Resourcing Assistant Apprentice to join their team, supporting the recruitment of workers who provide essential care within the local community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, staying organised, and being part of a fast-paced environment with purpose at its core.
Training to be Provided
The Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration includes:
- Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
- Level 2 Functional Skills in mathematics (if applicable)
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)
You will attend a half-day training session with HBTC, where you will develop your business administration knowledge and skills, and work towards any required Functional Skills qualifications (where needed). Additional off-the-job training and an End Point Assessment will also form part of the Apprenticeship.

Vacancy Detail
- Welcoming visitors to the office and notifying colleagues of arrivals (front of house duties)
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Contacting potential workers and asking key screening questions
- Arranging and scheduling face-to-face interviews at the office
- Supporting interview processes under supervision
- Taking copies and checking documentation in line with working regulations
- Chasing and collecting outstanding compliance paperwork
- Ensuring completed candidate files are accurate before passing to the employment team
- Supporting general office and administrative tasks as required
