  • Working Week: Dhol is open Monday - Thursday 5.00pm - 10.30pm, Friday - Sunday, 12.00pm - 3.00pm & 5.00pm - 11.00pm (Sun until 10:30pm). The apprentice will work shifts across these hours, including evenings and weekends, with an agreed rota and time allocated for off-the-job training.

Brief Description

Start your hospitality career at Dhol Indian Restaurant, inspired by the flavours and traditions of the Indian subcontinent. As a Food & Beverage Team Member Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience, learning customer service, food service and hospitality skills while working towards a recognised qualification.

Training to be Provided


  • Complete the Level 2 Food & Beverage Team Member Apprenticeship

  • Gain hands-on experience at Dhol Indian Restaurant

  • Attend college on a day-release basis with the training provider

  • Build a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate learning and progress

  • Receive ongoing support and training from a Professional Trainer

  • Complete assessments, including observation, a project and a final interview
