Vacancy Detail
Business Development & Marketing:
- Assisting in the creation of client pitch documents and presentations
- Creating tag lists to market to
- Preparing ad-hoc marketing materials and tailored proposals
- Conducting research into prospective clients and target companies
- Supporting marketing initiatives, events and campaigns
- Helping maintain and enhance Leverton Search’s brand presence
Search & Research Support - Assisting consultants on live searches
- Conducting market mapping and competitor research
- Creating and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Updating internal systems and databases
- Supporting shortlist preparation and documentation
Administration - General administrative support to the team
- Using the database to add clients and candidates
- Coordinating interviews and managing documentation
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate and client interactions
- Supporting reporting and data management
Other Information
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Takes initiative and looks for ways to add value
- Has clear, confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Is able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- An interest in financial markets, asset management and how investment firms operate
- Eager to learn and develop within a commercial environment
