Brief Description

Are you looking for rewarding work where you can make a real difference in people’s lives? Join our team in Nottingham as a Support Worker and help offer daily support to people with mental health conditions who may also have other needs for which we provide support, this includes, alcohol and drug misuse, mild learning disabilities and ASD.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for the people we support.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Providing emotional and physical support, including assistance with personal care when needed

  • Supporting individuals with daily living skills and routines

  • Encouraging participation in evening and recreational activities

  • Promoting independence and well-being in a safe, secure, and supportive environment


Our services consist of self-contained flats across Nottingham, catering to individuals with mental health needs and, in some cases, co-occurring conditions such as substance misuse, mild learning disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
