Training to be Provided
- 1:1 support in the workplace with a dedicated apprenticeship tutor
- Workshops planned to suit the diaries of all parties
- Monthly reviews
- Workplace mentor provided

Vacancy Detail
- Develop communication skills by engaging with clients, learning about their backgrounds, interests and individual care needs
- Learn to support personal care, including washing, dressing and promoting dignity and independence
- Build practical skills in preparing meals, assisting with eating and supporting safe medication routines under supervision
- Support clients to participate in physical, social and wellbeing activities as part of their care plan
- Be trained to carry out routine health checks such as weight, temperature and blood pressure monitoring
- Learn how to recognise and report any concerns about a client’s health or wellbeing to senior staff
- Develop confidence in maintaining accurate care records and updating individual care plans in line with guidance

- Be a UK resident or living in the UK or EU for the last three years for apprenticeship eligibility
