Brief Description
Have you always had a passion for anything automotive? We are offering a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an interest in improving a range of vehicles, as you will be working to bring them back to life! As a Heavy Vehicle Apprentice, you will be working alongside experienced team members to service, inspect and repair vehicles.
Training to be Provided
The apprenticeship training is delivered via weekly block releases at S&B throughout the year. Learning will also take place in the workplace, and a S&B Development Coach and Workplace Mentor are allocated to support and monitor your progress to help you reach your goals and manage your workload. Your employer will pay you when you are attending weekly training blocks at S&B.

Vacancy Detail
You’ll train as a qualified vehicle technician whilst working on HGVs and refuse collection Vehicles. Welding and fabrication repairs will also be carried out. The successful candidate can expect a high-quality training package with excellent career prospects.
- To engage in formal training and education over a defined period and return to the workforce to shadow and learn from mentors and colleagues.
- Complete exams & assignments and ensure all assignment work is completed in a timely manner and to a high standard.
