Brief Description
We are looking for an IT 1st Line Support Technician to join our growing organisation based in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with commercial experience in a 1st Line Support role who is looking to further develop their technical skills within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Future Prospects
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
Vacancy Detail
- Provide first line support to our clients
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, troubleshooting applications
- Monitor and maintain computer system and network problems – diagnosing and solving hardware-software faults
- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles
- Replacing parts as required and testing and evaluating new technology
