Brief Description
Are you passionate about technology and looking to kick-start your career in IT? Computeam is offering an exciting opportunity for an ICT Apprentice to join their experienced team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment.

Vacancy Detail
- Monitor service board and progress accordingly
- Provide exceptional Service support to the client
- Provide solution(s)/work around(s) to incidents and problems
- Maintain clear communication to the team and clients
- Assisting account managers by responding to queries regarding sites. Perform any other reasonable duties consistent with the role as required
- Ensure all Tickets and recorded data (e.g. ITBoost) are kept up to date as changes are made
- Escalate issues within the team where necessary
