- Delivering day-to-day IT support across the business
- Troubleshooting issues relating to hardware, software, and systems
- Setting up new users, configuring devices, and managing access permissions
- Supporting system upgrades, installations, and routine maintenance
- Assisting with cyber security practices and data protection procedures
- Maintaining accurate records of IT issues and resolutions

- Interest in IT support, networks, or systems administration
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and simple way
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems or similar technologies
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Driving licence preferred
