Brief Description
Adult care apprentices are expected to promote dignity, independence, and choice. Rather than doing everything for the individual, they encourage people to participate in activities and make decisions about their own care whenever possible. This person-centred approach helps improve confidence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Training to be Provided
- Training will be provided by training company course work to be completed at home and visited by assessor monthly
