Are you passionate about technology and eager to start a career in IT? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ICT Apprentice to join our team at Computeam. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of IT services and technologies

The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
Vacancy Detail
- Monitor the service board and progress accordingly.
- Provide exceptional service support to the client.
- Provide solution(s)/work around(s) to incidents and problems.
- Maintain clear communication with the team and clients.
- Assisting account managers by responding to queries regarding sites. Perform any other reasonable duties consistent with the role as required.
- Ensure all tickets and recorded data (e.g. ITBoost) are kept up to date as changes are made.
- Escalate issues within the team where necessary

- Hands-on approach to IT.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to produce clear and accurate documentation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
