Vacancy Detail
- Provide first-line IT support to staff and assist with resolving basic technical issues
- Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and software
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, escalating when necessary
- Assist with installing updates, patches, and antivirus software
- Support the maintenance of IT systems, networks, and cloud services
- Log, track, and update helpdesk tickets accurately and promptly
