Brief Description
Launch your engineering career with Adept through our apprenticeship. We are a dynamic Civil and Structural engineering practice in Manchester, where you will work with experienced engineers on real projects, gaining hands on skills while supporting innovative, value driven designs, all while working towards a recognised qualification.
Training to be Provided
- Training will take place both in the workplace and at college
- You will attend Future Skills College one day per week for your formal training

Vacancy Detail
You will get involved in real project work from day one, as part of a team designing real infrastructure and learning through hands on experience.
Your duties will include:
- Creating engineering drawings using industry software like AutoCAD and Civils 3D
- Applying basic engineering principles to support designs and solve practical problems
- Supporting the design of drainage, roads, junctions, and external works
- Helping develop 3D models used to design and coordinate projects
- Working with engineers, architects, and contractors on live projects
- Attending meetings and seeing how projects are managed from start to finish

- You should be motivated, detail focused and methodical, comfortable using computers, and able to work well as part of a team while contributing positively in a professional and respectful way
