Brief Description
An exciting opportunity to begin a career in engineering working at Albert Bartlett in North Walsham. The role offers opportunity to learn, develop and gain a broad range of skills to become a multi skilled Engineer. You will undertake installation, routine, preventative & reactive maintenance work on a wide range of electrical systems.
Training to be Provided
Training will take place at REAGIT UK Ltd, C/o ATB Laurence Scott, Hardy Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1JN
As part of your 30-month apprenticeship with REAGIT, you will begin with 20 weeks of full-time training at their centre (Monday to Friday), where you will build the core knowledge and skills required for the role through both classroom-based and practical learning.
Following this initial training period, you will attend the centre one day per week for the next 72 weeks, continuing your development through a combination of technical training, hands-on practical learning, and valuable workplace experience.
Future Prospects
It is intended that, providing you successfully complete your apprenticeship, you will become a permanent member of staff.
Vacancy Detail
- Ensure that all college assignments are completed on time.
- Assist the shift maintenance engineers with breakdowns, repairs and planned maintenance as instructed, documenting all supervised work for their portfolio.
- Carry out projects as instructed and to the apprentice plan.
- Carry out all works within their guidelines of competence and adhere to health and safety policy.
