Working Week: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (Friday, 15:30 finish) 1-hour unpaid lunch per day. This will increase to 37.5 once the apprentice has settled into their role.
Brief Description
An exciting opportunity for a budding Recruiter to join an expanding Recruitment Consultants in Coventry. If you're keen to become part of a team working to be successful within Recruitment, then this is the role for you. You will be completing competency tests, assisting new starters and conducting sales calls, must be confident.
Training to be Provided
- Recruiter Level 3 Standard
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- Functional Skills in maths and English if required
- Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date
Future Prospects
There may be a full-time position within the business for suitable candidates.
Vacancy Detail
- Resourcing Drivers and onboarding them with Extra
- Building new leads and business opportunities through various sales strategies
- Account management of existing clients
- Meeting daily/weekly sales calls to meet business requirements
- Using a variety of online tools and technology including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Developing job and personal specifications, preparing job advertisements
- Shortlist candidates on the telephone initially to determine suitability
- Liaising with different departments including payroll to ensure payroll accuracy
- Maintaining customer focussed attitude on duties and responsibilities to ensure the needs of clients are identified and met
- Answering incoming calls and inputting information onto company database
- Booking in candidates for interviews at different companies
- Requesting ID and DBS of successful applicants
- Working towards KPIs
