Brief Description
A chance for a hard-working, confident individual to work in a high end, main street salon with over 20 years experience and the opportunity to train at a well established training provider with over 35 years experience. You will undertake a 24-month Hair Professional standard course at level 2, working a minimum of 16 hours a week.
Training to be Provided
You will be training at the centre one day a week, this will be either on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. The training centre will be at Exceed Training Company, 13 Crown Street, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 1TT.
Future Prospects
At the end of your apprenticeship and your End Point Assessment you will have the chance to progress onto an Advanced and Creative hairdressing diploma.
Vacancy Detail
- Meeting and greeting clients in a confident, friendly and helpful manner.
- Shampooing and conditioning client's hair, applying toners and treatments, drying and setting hair and making sure stylists have their correct equipment.
- Maintaining the salon, making sure it's clean, sanitised and to a professional standard.
- Involved in assisting at reception and developing customer service skills.
Other Information
You will be required to purchase a hairdressing kit.
