Training to be Provided
The apprentice will have an assigned Educator from Heart of England Training who they will meet with regularly via Teams.

Duties and Tasks:
Content Creation:
- Develop content for social media, email, and blogs
- Write marketing copy and collaborate on graphics and videos
Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and post social media content
- Engage with followers and analyse performance metrics
Email Marketing:
- Design and send email campaigns
- Segment lists, personalise messages, and track performance
Market Research:
- Research market trends and customer preferences
- Present data to support marketing strategies
Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns
- Ensure campaign consistency across channels
Data Analysis:
- Measure marketing effectiveness using analytical tools
- Prepare KPI reports and provide
Website Management:
- Creating new pages
- Updating pages with new content
- Assisting with populating new websites before launch
