Brief Description
Gain experience working with children whilst you earn money and gain your level 3 qualification. You will be trained to undertake same responsibilities as Nursery Assistant and contributing to a high-quality caring environment for children.
Training to be Provided
- Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard qualification
- Paediatric First Aid
- Functional Skills in English and maths Level 2 (if required)
Future Prospects
- The successful candidate can go onto further training, or into employment.
Vacancy Detail
- Work (under supervision) with children in the setting, to provide all aspects of care and supporting learning opportunities, which may include washing, changing and feeding.
- Support the personal, emotional, and social needs of individual children with warmth and sensitivity.
- Uphold standards within the setting by adhering to all policies and procedures.
- Strive to safeguard children by working to the organisation’s safeguarding Code of Conduct.
- Know and implement the setting’s confidentiality policy.
