Brief Description
Work and learn with a leading provider of electronic deisgn and assembly services. This is an exciting new opportunity to join Norcott Technologies Limited and work towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship. If you are eager and focused on starting your career in engineering, we are keen to receive your application!
Training to be Provided
- Engineering & Manufacturing Support Technician, Level 3
- Weekly attendance at Riverside College, Widnes
Future Prospects
- There may be opportunities to apply for positions within the company, if these arise following the Apprenticeship
Vacancy Detail
Role and responsibilities will include:
- Manual component insertion
- Component preparation
- Hand soldering and wiring
- Operation of a flow solder machine
- Mechanical assembly
- Cable work
- Rework
- Testing of basic product
- Operation of elective solder machine
- De-panelling of printed circuit boards
