Brief Description
Join J Coffey as a Steel Fixing Apprentice and learn your trade on real projects, gaining hands‑on experience, industry‑recognised training and the foundations for a long‑term career in construction.
Training to be Provided
As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll spend one day each week at college completing your formal training. This gives you the technical knowledge and qualifications you need, while the rest of your week is spent gaining real, hands‑on experience on J Coffey project.

Potential progression to level 3.
Vacancy Detail
Assist with assembling and installing structural steel frames. Prepare materials, support lifting operations, bolt components, and follow strict safety procedures on active construction sites. You’ll learn to read drawings, work as part of a skilled team, and contribute to delivering high‑quality reinforced concrete structures across J Coffey projects.
