Brief Description
Park Avenue Dental Practice are seeking a hardworking Level 3 Dental Nurse to join their team. The successful candidate will help out in and around the surgery as well as helping with admin duties.
Training to be Provided
- Day release at Middlesbrough College
- On and off-the-job training
- Level 3 Dental Nursing Apprenticeship
- A level 3 qualification which has been approved by the General Dental Council as meeting the requirements for entry to the professional register as a dental nurse.
Future Prospects
- Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available
Vacancy Detail
Dental Nurse Apprenticeship duties include:
- Chairside assistance during dental treatment
- Setting up for dental treatment
- Disinfecting surgeries following dental treatment and all aspects of cross infection control
- Developing x-rays
- Dealing with patient needs
- Charting of teeth and treatments
- Processing patient notes and treatment claims
- Basic reception duties
