Brief Description
As an enthusiastic and dedicated team member, you will assist with supporting the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our sales of the department. This position will involve the processing of orders, keeping working day diary up to date and producing delivery notes for daily orders.
Training to be Provided
- An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation
- At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

- Respond to sales email inbox
- Data entry onto the diary for delivery and collections
- Confirm with St Helens/Managers re-delivery dates liaise back to the customer
- Produce delivery notes
- Check PO – prices/delivery address corresponds with what we have on sage/diary
- Hand out equipment to staff when required - blades/gloves/bump caps/chalk/spray paint/ masks/eye protection
- Order PPE through accounts – Gloves/Hi-Vis/chalk/spray paint all PPE
- Sign in all visitors attending site
- Check sheets are ready to sign each week, forklift truck/gloves signing out and daily checks for JCB
- Once Manager has approved Annual Leave for warehouse/yard staff add to the diary.
- Filing defect sheets
- Making Drinks for fellow colleagues & visitors
