Working Week: Monday - Thursday, 8.00am - 4.30pm and Friday, 8.00am - 1.30pm. Additional hours may be required ad-hoc, this would be discussed at the time and be payable as overtime.
Brief Description
Gain hands-on experience in IT support, networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity while working alongside experienced professionals. You’ll support users, troubleshoot hardware and software, install technology solutions, and develop valuable technical skills through practical, real-world training.
Training to be Provided
- Day release at Grantham College
Future Prospects
- Potential for a permanent full-time Technician role
being offered at time of completion - Further additional training can be discussed upon completion of the apprenticeship

Other Information
working at heights is part of the role at
times (training provided) also any safety
equipment will be provided. UK Travel and at times
overtime to resolve any urgent issues. Driving
license with 12 months experience a must.
