Brief Description
We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic young person who is willing to learn all aspects of our manufacturing processes. In return, we offer the successful applicant job satisfaction, job security, and the opportunity to progress within our company.
Training to be Provided
- College Attendance Apprenticeship: The Apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Engineering Operative L2.
- The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course.
- This is a Day Release programme which means you will attend Lincoln/Newark College, 1 day per week, term time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours.
Future Prospects
There is no limit to what a hard-working apprentice can achieve within our company. Historically, our apprentices have progressed into management positions.

• Learning all aspects of our CNC Couplings department.
• Learning all aspects of our manufacturing processes.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements at all times.
• Developing good workmanship skills and achieving a high-quality finish.
• Attending college and furthering their education as part of the apprenticeship programme.
• Taking pride in their work, personal development, and achievements.
Other Information
We do not work outdoors, and all heavy lifting is carried out using equipment such as a roll truck, pump truck, and forklift.
