Brief Description
Whitegate nursery school is a maintained nursery school for children from 6 months to 5 years. We have teacher led classes and highly trained and experienced practitioner teams.
Training to be Provided
- The school has a well established staff team who will support the apprentice whilst working alongside
- Class teacher will offer support and training through a personalised approach building on skills and knowledge and identifying next steps
Future Prospects
- Although this is a fixed term contract, the school has a history of employing previous successful apprentices who have completed their training when the schools finances have facilitated this
Vacancy Detail
- Support the class teach to deliver planning to young children 2 - 4 years
- Act as a key person to be the link between school and home under the supervision of a teacher
- Model positive behaviour and play skills, support personal care needs (eating, changing)
- Work with small groups and individuals in play based learning activities
