Brief Description
The Bearing Protection Administration Apprentice will provide exceptional communication and service levels via prompt and accurate execution of customer orders, working within a small team to carry out general administration tasks.
Training to be Provided
Training will be delivered face to face at Whyy? Change who are based at New York Stadium, Rotherham.
The sessions will be bi-weekly in a small group with Business Administration knowledge and skills developed over 3 structured modules.

A role within AESSEAL, dependant upon business needs and individual development path upon successful completion of the Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Vacancy Detail
- Ensuring that all customer orders and enquiries are actioned promptly, providing feedback to commercial administrators on expected ship dates, quotes and any other enquiries raised to maintain exceptional customer service
- Raising and administration of design work for customer orders and development work
- Creation and management of system stock codes, as well as input and maintenance of bills of materials and price information
- Evaluation and organisation of design and assembly workload
- Working with internal and external supplier base to ensure customer orders are completed on time
- Purchase order processing of both direct and indirect items
- Replenishment of inventoried items and raw materials
- Monitoring of inventory profiles by product type and processing stock movements
- Assist with production control administration for the workshop
- Continuous investigation of supply market, supplier and capacity evaluation
- Actively participating in ensuring company performance measures are met, in particular those related to service levels
- Assisting stores operatives with part picking and assembly during holiday periods or during times of unusually high demand
- Collating and pursuing information required for input to AESSEAL knowledge database
