Brief Description
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Decorating Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the trade while gaining valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced decorators.
Training to be Provided
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Attend one day per week at college as part of a day-release apprenticeship programme.
- Complete all coursework and practical assessments required by the apprenticeship.
Future Prospects
This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification while developing practical skills and experience in the painting and decorating industry.
Vacancy Detail
- Assist with the preparation of surfaces for painting and decorating.
- Learn and carry out painting, wallpapering, and finishing techniques.
- Prepare and clean work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Mix paints and materials as instructed.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Support experienced decorators on domestic and commercial projects.
- Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service.
Other Information
A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
