Brief Description
A great opportunity has come up for the successful candidate to join our friendly team at Regency House Dental Practice. As an apprentice dental nurse, you will assist the dentist and undergo full training to develop skills to enable you to progress with a view for a full-time vacancy once qualified.
Training to be Provided
- Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional Skills maths and English (if required)

- Full time position to the successful candidate
Vacancy Detail
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
Duties will include:
- Assisting the dentist chairside
- Updating client records
- Cleaning and decontamination of tools and surgery
- Reception duties
- General admin duties
Other Information
- Candidates will need to pass a DBS check to start the role, and will also be required to have relevant vaccinations such as Hep B and possibly Covid boosters
- The Practice is close to all transport links
- Lunch is 1.00pm- 2.00pm every day with a 2.15pm finish on Fridays
- Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week)
