Working Week: 40 hours a week in shifts anytime from 7am- 6pm.
Brief Description
The Early years Educator will inspire, excite and nurture children through a crucial stage of their development. They will motivate children, using resources imaginatively to aid learning, providing a safe and secure environment for them to develop their social and communication skills, while observing & summarising their achievements.
Training to be Provided
- An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation
- At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying
Future Prospects
- For the successful candidates, there is the possibility of ongoing employment upon completion of the relevant qualification

- Passing a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and requirements
- Experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Be an effective team player that works collaboratively and effectively with others
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communicating (verbally and in-writing) effectively to a wide-range of audiences
- Support, motivate and inspire both colleagues and pupils by leading through example
