Brief Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing local firm. Starting as a Customer Service Advisor, you will learn the business and develop your skills, becoming an integral member of a supportive and exceptional team. Following this, opportunities may arise to move into different departments if the candidate wishes.
Training to be Provided
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.
All training will take place in the workplace with visits conducted by a subject specialist Skills Coach to support.
Future Prospects
The right candidate will be able to stay with the company as a permanent member of staff following completion of the apprenticeship. Further opportunities may arise to move in to different departments and progress as the company grows.
Vacancy Detail
To start your career with NBe Brokers, you will be working as part of our Customer Service team. Day-to-day you will have the following focuses as you work to develop you skills:
- Taking incoming calls from current customers
- Assisting customers with insurance renewals or adjustments
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of customer records
- Reaching our to customers to follow up on any outstanding tasks
- Provide appropriate, clear and honest advice
- Work efficiently across departments to provide the most appropriate assistance for the customer
- Work towards and complete your apprenticeship work in order to achieve your qualification
