Brief Description
RTM Estates are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable apprentice to join our small, friendly and supportive team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a growing property management company.
Training to be Provided
You will be required to attend the City Hub campus one Monday each month to join the other apprentices. During this session, you will receive work to complete over the month, which will then be marked with feedback provided. You will also have one-to-one reviews every 4–6 weeks via Teams, along with additional tasks set by your employer either on Teams or face-to-face. Review meetings with your assessor and employer will take place every 12 weeks, held either in person or via Teams.
Future Prospects
Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for the candidate to progress into a permanent role within the company.
As the candidate gains experience, they may be given increased responsibilities within property management, administration, customer service, maintenance coordination and contractor management.
There may also be the opportunity to continue studying towards further qualifications in property management, with the long-term aim of developing into a qualified Property Manager.
Progression, duties and salary would be reviewed based on performance, development and the needs of the business.
Vacancy Detail
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to begin a career in the property sector and learn from the ground up.
The successful candidate will initially support the administration side of the business, gaining valuable experience in day-to-day office duties, customer service, communication, record keeping, maintenance coordination and general business administration.
Full training and support will be provided throughout the apprenticeship. Following completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to continue developing within the company and work towards becoming a qualified property manager in the future.
This role would suit someone who is organised, reliable, willing to learn and interested in building a long-term career within property management.
