JIENCO LTD is looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Fabrication Welder Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications while earning a salary and working alongside experienced fabricators and welders on exciting engineering projects.

What You'll Learn
As a Fabrication Welder Apprentice, you will develop skills in:

• MIG, TIG and MMA welding


• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings


• Fabricating steel structures and sheet metal components


• Safe use of fabrication and welding equipment


• Measuring, marking out and assembling fabricated parts


• Quality inspection and finishing techniques


• Health & safety and workshop best practices

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about engineering and manufacturing


• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn


• Good at problem-solving


• Able to work as part of a team


• Committed to achieving a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification

Preferred Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.


• A genuine interest in fabrication, welding or engineering.
