Brief Description
Entry-level role working alongside the construction team, developing practical skills across both hard & soft landscaping while completing college training on a day-release basis. The role provides a clear, supported route into a full Landscaper position.
Training to be Provided
- Hort or Land Apprenticeship Level 2
- Dedicated performance coach
- Day release TBC
- On site visits
- Functional Skills in maths and English if applicable

Vacancy Detail
- Assist Landscapers and the site team with day-to-day landscape construction tasks, across both hard and soft landscaping
- Support soil preparation, planting, turfing, and mulching under supervision
- Assist with hardscape works such as paving preparation, kerbing, edging, and concreting as directed
- Help load, unload, and move materials, plants, and equipment safely around site
- Learn to use hand tools and basic machinery correctly and safely, under supervision and in line with training received
- Carry out reasonable duties consistent with the nature and level of the role, as directed by supervisors
Other Information
- Genuine interest in landscaping, horticulture, or the outdoors
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and experienced team members
- Basic literacy and numeracy sufficient to meet apprenticeship entry requirements (Functional Skills support available where needed)
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weathers and undertaking physically active work
- Full or provisional UK driving licence desirable but not essential
- Location/transport as jobs based in London and Surrey
