Brief Description
There is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing customer service team. Trade Suppliers will be dealing with customer sales at the trade counter and over the telephone, and will understand incoming deliveries, stock control and despatch.
Training to be Provided
- In the workplace
- 1-1 support from Skills Coach via blended learning
- Virtual Teaching Sessions as well as face-to-face visits in the workplace
Future Prospects
Once achieved, you can further upskill by enrolling onto the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship
