Brief Description
As a customer service apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for customers both on site and via email/telephone. You will display high levels of customer service and use your skills and initiative to complete tasks. This role will develop your customer service and business administration skills.
Future Prospects
Apprentices have opportunity to progress within the organisation to senior roles within customer service and administration or sales.
Vacancy Detail
- Be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership, greeting customers professionally and providing a welcoming first impression.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as; processing sales, payment reconciliation, marketing and accounting.
- Provide a high level of customer service, representing the organisation to a high standard.
- Assist customers with general enquiries and appointment bookings.
- Prepare vehicle handover packs and ensure all paperwork is complete.
- Escalate customer concerns as and when appropriate.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable.
