Brief Description
Exciting apprenticeship vacancy for a Level 3 Light vehicle repair and maintenance position. The technician will work on all the systems found within the vehicle. The day-to-day work ranges from replacing simple parts through to solving complex faults with the use of diagnostic methods and equipment.
Training to be Provided
On completion of the apprenticeship you will gain a Level 3 Motor vehicle service and maintenance technician (light vehicle) standard which includes:
- Certificate that meets the EU’s 2014 F-gas regulation
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
You will attend college one day a week and learning includes a focus on new technologies e.g., electric and hybrid vehicles principles.
MOT Tester training and advanced diagnostic skills.
Future Prospects
- Once qualified options can include full time employment
Vacancy Detail
