Brief Description

We are a fast-growing brickwork company looking for a motivated, proactive individual to support our Contracts Manager across all areas of the business. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are ever the same, definitely not a boring desk job!

Training to be Provided

This apprenticeship is delivered entirely on-the-job, with no college day release required. You will learn directly from experienced team members while gaining practical skills in a real working environment.


You will also have access to an online apprenticeship portfolio, which includes a wide range of learning resources, guidance, and support materials to help you successfully complete your qualification. Regular reviews and check-ins will be provided to track your progress and ensure you stay on target.

We’re looking for a motivated Administrator Apprentice to join our fast-growing business. You’ll support our team with admin tasks, ensuring smooth operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a rapidly expanding construction company.


We’re looking for someone who uses their initiative, is eager to learn, and can bring fresh ideas to help us continue to grow. As we expand, we want someone who will grow with us long-term. There is excellent progression potential, including the opportunity to train as a QS / Estimator and get involved in pricing work.

The Role:


(Varied tasks allowing you to grow within the role - list is not exhaustive):



  • Supporting the MD & Contracts Manager across daily operations

  • Managing social media posts and basic marketing activities

  • Organising plant and tools for site teams

  • Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers

  • Managing fleet administration, insurance, MOTs, servicing schedules

  • Ensuring contractor documentation is up to date

  • Checking and maintaining CSCS card status for subcontractors

  • General office administration and document organisation

  • Helping streamline processes and suggesting new ideas to support business growth

Public transport to this location is limited. Driving, learning to drive, or having reliable drop-off / pick-up arrangements is preferred.
