Brief Description

You will be supported by an assessor throughout the apprenticeship, as well as a mentor within the nursery. This apprenticeship requires dedication, commitment & punctuality to be successful. Duties include providing stimulating activities for children and supporting children’s self-help needs

Training to be Provided


  • Level 3 - Advanced Diploma Early Years Educator - your apprenticeship will last for 14 months

  • You will be supported by an assessor throughout your apprenticeship, as well as a mentor within the nursery

  • This apprenticeship includes a Paediatric First Aid qualification

  • You will need to attend online training with your Assessor for 1 day a week for the first 8 weeks of your 14-month apprenticeship, for your classroom-based learning and you will be working within the nursery for the rest of the time with the support of your dedicated childcare assessor

Future Prospects


  • Developing into a Level 3 practitioner, with the potential of a permanent position upon successful completion
